Foundation & Fire: From the Gospels to the Book of Acts

Join us for a three-month journey through the heart of the New Testament as we explore the life of Jesus and the birth of the Church. We begin with Foundation, walking through the Gospels to celebrate the ministry of Jesus. His miracles, His radical love and His invitation into God’s family. As we approach Easter, we will investigate the Mysteries of the resurrection, uncovering the life-changing truth that Jesus is alive and reigns today. Finally, we ignite the Fire by diving into the Book of Acts, following the adventures of the early believers.
Family Connection: This class is specifically designed to align with our Youth and Children’s ministries. While you dive deep into the theology of these scriptures, your kids will be exploring the same topics and themes on their level. It’s a wonderful opportunity for your family to learn, grow, and discuss the Word of God together throughout the week!

A Study on the Kings of Israel

Did you know that out of the 19 Kings of Israel, 7 of them were murderers? A few were especially chosen by God, and some inherited the title. Although these men’s stories differ from each other; every one of them made the same wrong choice: not to use their influence to turn Israel back to God. This class will examine each man’s major life events, choices they made, the ripple effects upon their families and the nation of Israel.
Application: Each of us also have major life events and regular daily choices that will have direct ripple effects on our families, work, church and possibly even our nation. What lessons can we take from each king’s life that will influence our impact on others for their good and the glory of God?
